Our client, a healthcare company, organizes patient data using the AdvancedMD (AMD) and GoHighLevel (GHL) platforms to streamline processes and ensure easy access to information. They needed to synchronize appointment and billing details from AMD to GHL. However, downloading and managing these large records manually was time-consuming and often took weeks to compile data from all sources.
Proposed Solution
A customized bot built on the UiPath platform streamlined the client’s workflow. It begins by downloading patient files from shared documents and pushing the data into the UiPath Orchestrator queue. The bot then populates this data into the database, fetches patient records via API, and uploads them to the GHL portal. Finally, it summarizes patient visits, saves the summary in a folder, and sends an email report to the relevant stakeholders.
