With three manufacturing plants serving both Indian and multinational customers, they faced the challenge of handling high-order volumes within tight timelines. An RPA solution was the key to automating manual processes in the sales order cycle, reducing time spent on repetitive tasks and improving overall business efficiency.

By eliminating manual touchpoints and integrating directly with the client’s SAP system, the bot enabled faster, error-free order creation and significantly reduced turnaround times. This automation not only improved accuracy and customer satisfaction but also gave the client the scalability needed to manage growing volumes efficiently across all manufacturing facilities.
