DocInsureX Agent™
A product by EvolveX Technologies
Claims forms, policies, renewals, vendor invoices and adjuster notes read, validated and routed to the right queue, automatically.

DocInsureX Agent™ is an insurance document processing product from EvolveX Technologies. It reads the documents an insurer or agency receives every day, claims forms, policy applications and renewals, repair and vendor invoices, medical records and handwritten adjuster notes, classifies them, extracts and validates the key fields and routes each file to the right queue in your claims or policy administration system.
Why We Built DocInsureX Agent
Insurance runs on documents, and most of them still arrive as scans, PDFs and photos that somebody has to open, read and retype. Small agencies feel it worst: one or two people handling document work alongside ten other jobs. DocInsureX Agent packages the extraction models, validation rules and routing workflows we built for insurance clients into one product, tuned for the document types and edge cases the sector actually produces.
What DocInsureX Agent Does
- Claims intake (FNOL). Motor, property and health claims forms read the moment they arrive, including photos, estimates and attachments.
- Policy applications and renewals. Applicant data extracted and validated against underwriting rules; renewals and endorsements matched to existing policies.
- Vendor and repair invoices. Captured and matched to the claim or purchase order they belong to, using the same engine as InvoiceX Agent.
- Medical records and adjuster notes. Scanned and handwritten pages converted to usable data, with low-confidence fields sent to a person.
- Fraud and duplicate signals. Extracted claims data checked against history the moment it lands, so anomalies surface early.
- Compliance-ready audit trail. Every value traceable to the page it came from, with a timestamp and a record of who reviewed any exception.
How DocInsureX Agent Works

Capture. Documents arrive by email, portal, scanner or mobile app and are queued automatically.
Classify. Each document is identified as a claim, application, renewal, invoice or record.
Extract and validate. Policy numbers, dates, amounts and parties are read and checked against your policy and claims data.
Route. The file lands in the right adjuster, underwriter or finance queue, with exceptions flagged for review.
Who DocInsureX Agent Is Built For
- Insurers and TPAs handling motor, property, health and commercial claims at volume.
- Agencies and brokers with small teams and a large document load.
- Insurance software providers who want an extraction and routing layer inside their own platform.
Works With the Systems You Already Run
Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and most claims and policy administration platforms through APIs; email, portals, SharePoint and SFTP as document sources; RPA bots for older or in-house systems without an API.
What You Get With DocInsureX Agent
- Pre-built product. Extraction models, rules, workflows and connectors that already work, configured to your documents and systems rather than built from scratch.
- Pilot on your own data. You see results on your real files before committing to a rollout.
- Deployment and integration. Set up in your cloud environment or one we manage, connected to your systems by our team.
- Training and handover. Your team learns the review workspace and exception handling in a few sessions.
- Support and improvement. Monitoring, maintenance and model updates as your documents, systems and volumes change, under an agreed support plan.
- Security by default. ISO 27001:2022-certified delivery, encrypted credential storage, full audit logging, NDAs and data processing agreements as standard.
Results You Can Expect
- Adjusters start on a claim the day it arrives, not after intake catches up
- Fewer errors, since nothing is keyed in twice
- Cleaner audit trails, which insurance regulators tend to care about
- Earlier fraud and duplicate signals from extracted claims data
- Staff time moved from data entry to casework and customer contact

DocInsureX Agent FAQs
Which insurance documents can DocInsureX Agent process?
Claims forms and FNOL submissions, policy applications, renewals and endorsements, vendor and repair invoices, medical records, ID and KYC documents, and handwritten adjuster notes. Structured forms are the easiest; unstructured and handwritten pages are handled with confidence scoring and human review of exceptions.
Does it work with our claims or policy administration system?
Any system with an API or import format, including Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, can receive the extracted data directly. For older or in-house systems without an API, RPA bots post the data through the user interface.
Can it read scanned or handwritten claims paperwork?
Yes, within reason. Modern models handle skewed scans, phone photos, stamps and handwriting. Every extracted field carries a confidence score, and anything below your threshold is routed to a reviewer rather than passed through unchecked.
How is borrower and policyholder data protected?
DocInsureX Agent runs in your own environment or a dedicated one we manage, in the region you choose. EvolveX Technologies is ISO 27001:2022 certified, every action is logged, and we sign NDAs and data processing agreements as standard.
